The sour cherries are harvested manually, one by one.
They arrive at Oppidum directly from the slopes of Sobral da Lagoa and Óbidos countryside
The fruits are manually selected and the leaves and peduncles are carefuly removed, one by one.
Finally the sour cherries are ready for an alcohol dip that will last for years!
